Order Processing Time

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 calendar days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed as usual.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods: Orders are shipped through USPS, DHL, or 4PX. Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you need to send multiple orders to more than one address, you need to place separate orders and provide each address at checkout.

Shipping Destination & Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is around 4-14 calendar days based on destination, and may vary based on carrier, and external factors such as weather or customs delays.

Please note that during holidays, high-volume periods, or customs processing, delivery may be delayed by an additional 1-3 calendar days.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we strive to deliver on time, delays can occur due to high demand, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your package has been delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, contact our customer support for assistance.

For lost or missing items, please report within 14 calendar days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress directly on the tracking page.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct to avoid delays or lost packages.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Re-routing & Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot redirect it or update the delivery address.

Packaging

We take care to package your items securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. For fragile items, additional padding may be included.
