How long does it take to process my order?
We process and ship all orders within 1-2 calendar days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $35. For orders under $35, there is a flat rate of $4.99. Expected delivery is 7-12 calendar days after shipment.
Will I have to pay for customs or import taxes?
You do not need to pay for customs or import taxes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical mailing address for delivery.

What is your return policy?
You can return any unopened and unused items within 30 calendar days for a full refund.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or there was an error on our part.
How long does it take to get a refund?
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
